We take great care to ensure the quality of our hair and hair extensions therefore  we will only accept returns for wigs or hair extensions that are deemed faulty. 

Should you receive a faulty item, please do not wear it however do contact us immediately at  returns@glowuphairco.com or DM us on Instagram with your order details so we can arrange a replacement unit accordingly.
